It is situated near WetgyiInn Village on the right on the road from NyaungU to Bagan. It was built in AD 13th century and renovated by son-in-law and daughter of Kin Mohnyin of Inn-wa.

It has ten encircling pagodas on its teraces. The entrance is towards the east. It rises 50 feets into the sky. A spiral stairway runs up to the terraces.

Inside is an image of Buddha. On the ceiling were ancient murals.On the walls of the entrance were figures of 28 Buddhas and ink writings of Inn-wa Period.
